A man has turned himself into police this week for a November 11 homicide in Saginaw.

57-year-old Douglas Lanagan was killed when he was struck by a pickup truck in his driveway in the 2300 block of Stone St. He suffered a fractured skull and died at a local hospital a few days later. Police say 30-year-old Daniel Bowser of Clio intentionally struck Lanagan, causing his death.
