Malnourished Dog Found in Saginaw

A malnourished dog turned up at Saginaw County Animal Care and Control and officials are looking for its owner.

The pit bull mix was found on Adam Boulevard near Court Street in Saginaw not wearing a collar and is not microchipped, so its identity and home are not known. SCACC Director Bonnie Kanicki says the dog is being nursed back to health at the center and anyone with information about its identity or owners should call animal control at 989-797-4500, or Saginaw County Central Dispatch.
