Investigators Say Missing 15-Year-Old May Have Been Kidnapped

Officials in Genesee County say a teen who was last seen leaving Kearsley High School on Monday may have been kidnapped.

Sheriff Chris Swanson announced on social media that they are searching for 15-year-old Norreana Horton, a ward of the state who was in the care of a Genesee Township foster family. Swanson says Horton was last seen on security footage leaving the school in a black 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe with the license plate E-R-J-7-5-1-0. According to investigators, the vehicle is owned by 54-year-old Robert Tramble, who may be connected to Horton’s non-custodial mother.

Swanson says they’re making arrangements to protect Horton when she is found. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Horton or Tramble is encouraged to call 911.
