Investigation Into Davison HS Bomb Threat Continues

An investigation into a bomb threat called into Davison High School on Monday may actually go nowhere.

The threat was called in around 1:25 P.M., according to police, with students evacuated to the football stadium before boarding buses. Police say the caller reported five explosive devices set to go of in 25 minutes, plus a person in the building’s math wing, armed with an AR-15 rifle. No devices or firearms were found after a sweep was made of the school.

WEYI TV reports police say they believe the call originated from somewhere overseas, putting any potential suspects out of the reach of law enforcement. However, if the call came from anywhere in the U.S., police say they will find the individuals responsible and make an arrest.
