Hemlock Schools Recognize Board of Education

Hemlock Public Schools are joining with hundreds of school districts from around Michigan for School Board Recognition Month.

According to Superintendand Dr. Donald Killingbeck, the Hemlock Public School Board members represent the priorities of the community and value the principle of local control over public education. During their January regular meeting, the district recognized the individuals on the school board, including President Matt Wesener, Vice President Dr. Katherine Ellison, Treasurer Jamie Rivette, Secretary Kim Hoeppner, and trustees Hilary House, David Messing, and Bryan Conger.

The 7 members have a combined 44 years of service on the board.
