Hampton Township Police Officer Honored

A Hampton Township police officer has been recognized as Officer of the Year for the township department by the Bay County Crime Stoppers.
Public Safety Officer Jason Ruth was presented the award at the Hampton Township board meeting Monday, March 22. Ruth is cross trained as a police officer, firefighter and medical first responder. A 12-year veteran, Ruth is the department’s lead investigator.
