A 56 year old man from Genessee County has won big on a lottery scratcher.
The player, who would like to stay anonymous, says his $2 million scratch-off card is “life-changing.” He bought a Fortune game card from Beacon & Bridge Market in Fenton, and had to go to the Lottery Headquarters to claim the lump sum of $1.3 million.
