Garage Fire Kills Two Dogs in Bay City

Fire crews in Bay City were dispatched to a garage fire Monday.
Crews responded to the 400 block of North Dean Street around 2:30 P.M. where they found a detached garage fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters were able to prevent the fire from spreading to other structures.
No humans were injured in the blaze, though two dogs died as a result of the fire, which is still under investigation.
