Frankenmuth Crash Kills One, Injures Two

A crash in Frankenmuth Monday, October 14 claimed the life of a Saginaw woman.
Police say the 44-year-old woman was a passenger in the back seat of a 2008 Mercury Mariner involved in a head on collision with a 2014 Chevy Silverado at Tuscola and Reese roads in Frankenmuth Township around 3:30 p.m. She was not wearing a seat belt. The driver of the Mercury, a 36-year-old Saginaw woman and the front seat passenger, a 35-year-old Saginaw man, received non-life threatening injuries.
The 62-year-old male driver of the Chevy from Unionville was uninjured.
Police continue to investigate the crash.
