Former Foster Care Worker Charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct

A 53-year-old Midland man is currently in jail for sex crimes.

Ladd Perreault is accused of having sexual contact with an adult client while he worked as a foster care worker at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. The victim reported the incident in February and Perreault resigned on May 3 after being suspended from his job. Police arrested him May 6.

Perreault is charged with five counts of criminal sexual conduct involving a client.
