Flint Woman Dies in Northern Michigan Crash

Alcohol and speed may be factors in a crash that claimed the life of a Flint woman in Otsego County Monday night.
Police say 29-year-old Ashley Myers was driving north on I-75 in Otsego Lake Township around 10:30 P.M. when her vehicle left the roadway near mile marker 270. The vehicle crashed through several small trees before striking a large pine. Police say Myers died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
