Flint Bishop Gets Federal Funding for Terminal Roof

Flint Bishop International Airport has received some federal funding to make infrastructure improvements.

Through the Airport Terminal Program, the airport received $3.5million to make improvements to a terminal roof, which is around 30 years old. The funding was secured by Michigan’s two Senators, Debbie Stabenow and Gary Peters, plus Congressman Dan Kildee through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which provides $1 billion a year over five years for airport terminal grants.
