Davison Man Arrested On Child Pornigraphy Charges
State police officials are reminding parents to speak to their children about the safe use of the internet following an arrest of a Davison man for possession of child pornography.
24-year-old Joshua Hubbard was arraigned in 67th District Court Wednesday on charges of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, distribution of child sexually abusive material, and using a computer to commit a crime. The state police Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force began their inestigation after it was learned Hubbard was allegedly viewing the material online. Police siezed digital evidence from his home during the investigation.
