The Saginaw Police Department is investigating the shooting death of Hubert Hoking, Jr. (DOB 8/10/1986). On November 8,
2021 Hoking was found dead from gunshot wounds in the driver’s seat of a black SUV in the City of Saginaw in the area of Owen and Campbell Streets.
