Child Dies In Nine Story Fall from Flint Apartment Building

Circumstances surrounding how a three-year-old fell from a ninth story window in Flint last Friday are still unknown as police continue their investigation.
Emergency personnel were dispatched to the Richert Manor apartment building at 902 East Court Street around 12:25 P.M. after receiving a report about the boy’s fall. The child was rushed to Hurley Medical Center but was pronounced dead.
The Flint Police Department and Genesee County Sheriff’s Department are handling the investigation.
