Caro Man Dies in Genesee County Crash

A 42-year-old Caro man was killed in a crash in Genesee County’s Forest Township Monday night.
State police investigating the crash say around 7:45, the man was driving a Chevy Malibu south on Henderson road when he failed to stop at the intersection of Lake Road. His car crashed into a Jeep. The occupants of the Jeep were not hurt, according to police. The Caro man was killed at the scene.
Police say alcohol is a possible factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.
