Burton Woman Pleads to Sending Young Daughter to Have Sex With Neighbor

A Burton woman pleaded guilty last week in Genesee County to second-degree criminal sexual conduct and second-degree child abuse for forcing her daughter to have sex with her neighbor.

The acts took place in 2020 when the child was nine years old, according to prosecutors. Prosecutors say 38-year-old Jenny Brewer would receive text messages and send the girl to the neighbors house where the acts would take place. Prosecutors say Brewer may have received compensation for them and sometimes engaged in the acts as well. Human trafficking charges were dismissed as part of a plea arrangment.

Brewer’s sentencing in pending. The neighbor, Eddie Ehrisman is charged with 12 counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and other charges.
