Burton Man Killed in Flint Township Crash

Police in Flint Township are investigating a crash that claimed the life of a Burton man Monday. The crash occurred around 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Miller Road and Ballenger Highway. Police say Lee Anoda Walker was heading north on Ballenger when his vehicle crossed the center line and crashed head on into a vehicle driven by a 45-year-old Grand Blanc resident. The Grand Blanc resident suffered only minor injuries and was treated at a local hospital. Police say Walker was critically injured and was rushed to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.

The road was closed for several hours as police conducted their investigation. They say alcohol and speed do not appear to be factors in the crash.
