Buena Vista Apartment Fire Injures One

Buena Vista Township fire crews responded to an apartment fire Friday, March 6.

Officials say the fire began around 3:30 a.m. at the Mapleview Apartments at 1180 Genei Ct. in a second story apartment. One person was injured in the fire and was taken to Hurley Medical Center in Flint. Their condition is currently unknown.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
