Brothers Who Went Missing Found Safe

Two young brothers who went missing from Midland last week have been found safe in California.
Six-year-old Sebastian Rodriguez and two-year-old Theodore Zurawic disappeared from the area of the 500 block of Crescent Drive in Midland last week after their parents, Noel Schmidt and Nathan Rodriguez, failed to turn them over to Child Protective Services following a court order. Police say the boys were recovered by the Glendale Police Department in California.
Police and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services are working to return the boys to Michigan.
