On September 18, the 41-year-old Stilwell’s family reported him missing after he missed work for several days as a janitor at TL Handy Middle School. Police discovered severed arms and legs as well.
Wednesday, police announced they found what appears to be the head and torso of Stilwell at a different location in the city. Police arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with the incident, who has not been named pending formal charges. Police are awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine Stilwell’s exact cause of death.
