Annette Glenn, Kevin Daley Advance to November General Election in State Senate Races

State Representative Annette Glenn has now entered the 35th District State Senate race as the winner of the August 2 GOP primary.

Glenn defeated fellow Republicans Tim Kelly, Christian Velasquez and Martin Blank with just over 40 percent of the vote.

Glenn is set to face Democrat Kristin McDonald-Rivet in November, who ran uncontested in Tuesday’s election.

State Senator Kevin Daley retains his seat, beating challenger Sherry Marden with more than 75 percent of the vote in the 26th District. He faces Democratic challenger Charles Stadler, who also ran uncontested.
