Alma Police Investigating Attempted Abduction

Alma police are looking for a couple of suspects in a possible attempted abduction.

A woman reported to police she was walking in the area of Court and Ely streets around 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 21 when she was approached by a 1990s Chevy Blazer with two men inside. Police say the men offered the woman a ride, but she refused. One of the men, described as in his mid- to late 40s with shoulder length gray hair, allegedly attempted to force the woman into the vehicle. She was able to escape.
