Academics, Discipline Improves at Saginaw Public Schools

Saginaw’s 2021-2022 school year End of Year data is in.

At the Wednesday, July 20 School Board meeting, Superintendent Dr. Ramont Roberts presented academic and disciplinary data from the past school year. Overall, academic and testing results made great advancements when compared to the previous year when many students attended in a virtual or hybrid format. Discipline also increased over this period. Roberts says that these numbers reflect an adjustment period coming out of pandemic learning.

Roberts says that the 2021-2022 school year represents a baseline for future comparisons in both academics and discipline.
