Michigan State Police continue to seek investigative leads in a deadly hit-and-run crash that killed Ryan Tsatsos of Macomb, MI, on Halloween in 2015. Tsatsos was a 17-year-old freshman at Central Michigan University, who was walking with a group of friends on S. Crawford Rd. near Concourse Dr., south of the CMU campus shortly after midnight on November 1, following a Halloween party. He was on  the way to his residence hall when he was struck on the side of the road by a passenger vehicle, possibly a dark, metallic blue color. It likely would have had damage to the front passenger side following the collision.  The vehicle fled from the scene without stopping.  Tsatsos died at the scene.
