17 Teams Advances in A.H. Nickless Innovation Award
Among 17 teams advancing to Phase Two of the A.H. Nickless Innovation Award competition are students from
Bullock Creek High School, Herbert Henry Dow High School, Midland High School, Freeland High School
Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy and John Glenn High School . The competition encourages high school students in Bay, Midland, Saginaw, and Tuscola counties to create innovative solutions in fields like energy, healthcare, and technology. Teams advancing to Phase Two will receive a $1,000 grant for research and development.
The competition culminates in a public event on April 26th at Saginaw Valley State University, where teams will present their projects. The top three teams will share up to $77,500 in scholarships and grants. Phase Two project reports are due March 31th.
