4 – 6 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
1 to 2 – 14 ounce cans Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Honey
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/3 cup chopped Pecans
Place chicken breasts in a saucepan, covering with enough broth to keep them submerged.
Cook on a gentle simmer until breasts are milky white.
Remove from the broth.
Arrange chicken in a single layer in a 9 inch baking dish.
Combine the honey and soy sauce until melted.
Pour over the chicken.
Sprinkle with the pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until the honey mixture begins to bubble.
