Because, according to the Wall Street Journal, this $60.4 billion dollar "emergency spending bill to provide relief for Superstorm Sandy victims" includes:
That's what is "indefensible and inexusable"!
PLEASE! Whenever "emergency funding" legislation is developed, debated, and discussed, can we STOP with the earmarks that have nothing to do with the original intent of this important work?
Of course, I'd like to see that happen with ANY legislation. Vote on the specific intent of a bill without any additions allowed!
