Cinnamon Apple Brunch Bake

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 can Apple Pie Filling
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
1 12 ounce can Refrigerator Biscuits

METHOD

Melt the butter, stir in the brown sugar, pie filling, cinnamon and vanilla.  Separate the biscuits and cut into quarters.  Spread 1/2 of the apple mixture into an 8 x 8 inch shallow baking dish.  Place the biscuits over the top, and spread the rest of the apple mixture on the biscuits.  Sprinkle with nuts, and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.  Let stand 5 minutes and serve warm.
