Buena Vista Township Police Seek Murder Suspect

Buena Vista Police are investigating a weekend shooting that left one man dead and another injured. Officers were called to the 2900 block of Arlington, south of Hess Road, about 3:00 a.m., Saturday after a fight ended with gunfire.

Detectives said a Saginaw man, 34-year-old Jeffrey Reynolds, was suffering from a gunshot wound. He died later at a Saginaw hospital. A second shooting victim, a 32-year old Saginaw man, was taken to a hospital by friends.

Witnesses said the shooting followed an argument between a group of people. Detectives from the State Police major crimes unit were assisting Buena Vista detectives with the investigation. The Crime Stoppers tip line, 1-800-422-JAIL, offers a reward of up to $2,500 for an anonymous tip leading to any suspects in the shooting.
